OTA Academy’s notions and methodologies are based on Eric Berne’s theories on Transactional Analysis, according to which personality and relationships can foster growth and change in people and organisations.
By focusing on both inward and outward psychological processes, Transactional Analysis establishes a connection between what we tell ourselves and what we say to each other.
Who the training is for
Specialisation in Organisational Transactional Analysis is for the following professionals who wish to foster growth and change in their company:
OTA Academy is one of Italy’s first training centres offering a specific pathway in Organisational Transactional Analysis.
All our trainers have a specific organisational expertise and an established professional experience in the corporate sector.
The attainment of autonomy is manifested by the release or recovery of three capacities: awareness, spontaneity and intimacy.
We are a group of highly experienced people working in and for organisations. Throughout our professional careers, we have been trying to study and understand personal and organisational patterns through Transactional Analysis. Training professionals is now our main activity, where we combine psychological theories with day-to-day practice.
As part of our partnership projects, MIDA has agreed to get involved in the setting up of OTA Academy, as we share an interest in people’s wellbeing and organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
We are born princes and the civilising process makes us frogs
…Nurture can indeed become nature…

When I went to school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life.
Everybody knows that something can’t be done and then somebody turns up and he doesn’t know it can’t be done and he does it.
It is not enough to look; it is necessary to look with eyes that want to see, that believe in what they see.
