These guidelines promote the wellbeing of an organisation. By developing relationships built on positive feelings such as understanding, empathy and sharing, each person develops their sense of belonging to the group. The more a person feels they belong to an organisation, the more motivating and meaningful they find their job. Organisational wellbeing is the key influencer of effectiveness and efficiency in a company.


The training pathway

OTA ACADEMY’s training responds to the need for useful, quick and readily-available reference models – both theoretical and practical – to diagnose and act upon organisational dynamics. This is a preliminary training for participants interested in taking the exam to become a:

  • Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA)

The certificate is issued by EATA (European Association for Transactional Analysis) / ITAA (International Transactional Analysis Association).


According to Japanese economist Ikujiro Nonaka, serendipity is the ability to tap “subjective insights, intuitions and hunches of individual employees” and make “those insights available for testing and use by the company as a whole”, proving their effectiveness in a business environment.
